Using SportsCert Cloud

By creating an organization or athlete account, you agree to use SportsCert Cloud only to issue, manage, and verify legitimate sports certificates and related athlete records.

Certificate integrity

Every issued certificate is hashed and digitally signed by SportsCert Cloud's signing key. Organizations may revoke a certificate they issued; a revoked certificate is marked as such on the public verification page and cannot be un-revoked — a corrected certificate must be reissued.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. GST is applied where applicable. Coupons are subject to their stated validity window and redemption limits.

DigiLocker & third-party integrations

DigiLocker delivery, live payment processing, and SMS/WhatsApp notifications depend on third-party government/commercial services and are subject to their own availability and terms.
