What we collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone), organization details, and athlete profile data (including achievement records and, where linked, DigiLocker sync status) needed to issue and verify digital sports certificates.

How we use it

Data is used to operate the platform: authenticating users, generating and verifying certificates, billing, and sending account-related notifications (email, and where enabled, SMS/WhatsApp/push).

Aadhaar / government identifiers

We never store a full Aadhaar number. Only the last 4 digits are retained, solely as a reference for DigiLocker linking, never for identity verification on our own systems.

Data retention

Certificate records and audit logs are retained indefinitely to preserve the integrity of the verification system, since certificates are designed to remain verifiable for an athlete's lifetime.
